I picked up 3 new books at my local christian book store yesterday and today.

The one I am reading first - the one I picked up yesterday is the one I am gonna talk about

I think this is a MUST read for every FWW, and ever BW.

Its called A wounded woman by steve stephens and pam vredevelt

This book goes through 7 different types of wounds a woman receives (one of them interestingly enough is called choice - wounds cause by your own choices...)

It deals with how to aknowledge the wounds, accept them, heal them and move forward.

What's great is it deals with SO many different types of wounds, loss, betrayel, your own affair, children, parents, abuse, anger, on and on. Some of the wounds I am carrying are from before my affair, and ALOT of them now are because of my affair - it teaches how to deal with shame too and anger which are emotions triggered by wounds.

Talks about how wounds breed negativity, and how damaging holding on to any of the 7 types of wounds can be.

And all the excersizes, quotes and stories are bibilical based....

The other books I am about to read are Saying ti so he'll listen (still working on my communication skills with my husband hehe) and Men are like waffles, women are like spaghetti teehee - I will tell you about thsoe later.

Anyways - this the wounded woman - rocks - there are two others too - the worn out woman (when life is full, but you are empty) and the walk out woman (when you have had enough and want to escape)...I want to read both now since reading this one...
