Yesterday the Wookie asked me to get a receipt out of his wallet.
Guess what I found.
Nope.
Wrong guess.
WAY BETTER!
About a year ago I made a list of all the things I want to do...things like:
Go to Disney See the Aurora Borealis (sp?) Throw at least 1 fancy schmancy dinner party using his mother's china Be a blessing to the kids and the Wookster
etc. It's a full sheet of notebook paper...all lines filled.
He carries it with him everywhere. It's creased and torn a bit...
I could cry that touched me so.
I never had to take the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?O'hana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. My Story Recovered!

Life may feel as if you are constantly getting kicked on a daily basis, living is about picking yourself up each day and going on and on and on regardless.

Kimmy, I hope as each year passes, one of your 'to do' list gets deleted as you fulfill all your hopes and dreams. One should be crossed off now as it is obvious to all of us here that you are already a blessing to your family! Take care. TT

Actually, the matching NICE bed linens one was crossed off.
All my adult life, I've bought the kids nice bed sets...I've never had my own. Till a few months ago...his idea. I'd forgotten the list.
Aussie - I'll hug the Wook for you. Wouldn't want you to get any long brown hair on ya. AW would flip.

OK - now I'm feeling inadequate because I didn't cry! I just saw responses on other forum! My grandmother would have told them all that their bladder is too close to their eyes!
Nighty night. TT (Emotional vacuum)

Nighty night. TT (Emotional vacuum) Not Emotional Vacuum. Stoic Ex-Pat.. There's a difference...just a smidge, but still a difference.
