Hi sweetmel

Sorry to find you here on this forum... but you have come to the right place for help. It takes a lot of courage to come on here and confess what you have done.

My 1st question... what brought you to the point of finally telling the truth? The answer here can have some bearing on how to proceed.

Keep posting... Dorry has a link for helping with WS's... people in your situation. Maybe someone can help direct you there.

The first thing to do... no matter what, NO MORE LIES. You have dug yourself deep into a hole and you cannot get out with one simple step or jump. You are going to have to slowly dig yourself out. It will take a lot of work... but I am sure the ending can be a good one.

I am going to assume that you mean you did not have vaginal intercourse...

but .... was there other physical & emotional inappropriate contact....?

so

even if your h does not believe you when you say you did not "sleep with" the young man ... you may have to tell your H exactly what sort of physical contact there was ... before you divulge ... ask your H how far he wants you to go with your disclosure

did you confess this affair or were you caught?

he may never believe you again .... that is a fact

sorry you need to be here

Pep
