I'm really having fun this weekend. My son's girlfriend's mom is visiting from South Carolina. She is divorced and just broke up with her latest boyfriend.
She is drop-dead BEAUTIFUL, inside and out. So I told her I wanted her to meet the OW's XH. Figured they could do some things together.
Anyway, last night I flagged him down as he drove by, and introduced them, and invited him to a barbeque. Unfortunately (or FORTUNEATELY), he had other plans. He is going to a beach party with friends he had in highschool. He asked her for her number, and today called her and invited her.
And guess what? My husband and OW are going to go too!!!!
I can hardly wait to hear what happened.

I don't know how they went. I've been busy cooking for the cook out, and missed it when they left.
The hilarious thing is that the OW is EXTREMELY jealous. Her X has dated a little, and she gives him a lot of grief about it. And she is LIVING with my husband. One time her X went camping with a group of friends and a girlfriend and OW showed up.

Well guys, still waiting to hear what happened. The party was at 1:00 and it is now almost 7:00.
I know that the OW will have a fit. This woman staying with me is just gorgeous. We went to the car wash and some guy that owns a hotel in LaJolla offered her a job. Every day guys stop and talk to her. She is very very nice too. My roommates and neighbors are all falling all over her.

Believer, I saw that you wrote you had been a pipefitter. When I was in my early twenties, I was an arc welder in a shipyard.
