Now WH is telling everyone that it's my fault for the serving of D papers. Poor, poor WH.

Never mentions to anyone he is in an A, so I look like the bad guy!

Sounds familiar. My WW brought up the same point over and over to justify her A. I've since dropped my petition and now it is she who has a counter petition in place. We are in the "give it a try" limbo state where WW won't committ to NC but OM is NC so, WW is chasing him by e-mail and phone (it's a long distance thing) but to the best of my intel, he is not speaking to her. This is in line with an agreement he and I made a couple of weeks ago. The counter petition is on status hold with a case management conference on October so, Plan A ends when WW decides whether or not to proceed with the D

There is a clock on the wall ticking. I don't know where it is or what time it is but she's waiting for something. Actually, I think I found the clock. I can't see it clearly enough to read it though....

You did serve the papers, right? So, technically, having the papers served is your fault...just as choosing to have an affair is his.

You're more angry about how he could "spin" this truth. Folks probably know more than you think they do about him and his A.

B Spud...Hope things work out for you...I never wanted a D, just got to the point where I couldn't take livng this way anymore.

LO, yes you are right, I did serve him the papers, but ONLY because of what he was doing to our family, the lies, A etc.

He still hasn't admitted it to me he is in an A! Still says they are "just friends" but they are living together!!!!

Yeah maybe people do know, but he is well respected, so he can "spin" it away to make him seem he would NEVER do that to his family, that I'm the bad person here, not him.

Wish I could take out an ad in the newspaper to set the truth straight!

O.K. Just made a HUGE LB!

Was talking, more like arguing with WH, and called OW a ho. Thay's a nicer word than I used though.

Was trying to do a plan B, but needed to talk about kids. Things got out of hand and it happened. I'm so mad at myself!

Oh well, don't worry about it. Most of us do that. It does not good, only makes the WS defend the OP.

If you are going to do a Plan B, you need to send a letter, and stick to it. Get the arrangements made for the kids first.

I think I am doing more of a plan B for myself, just so I don't have to see him and get more hurt and upset.

Don't know what the letter will accomplish now as I've already filed D and after talking to him yesterday, he doesn't seem to care one bit that we are D'ing.

Told me he doesn't think D will affect the kids at all. He had them for the day and he said they seemed fine to him.

I think he's happy about the D!

If you filed for financial protection, that is good. But I would still write him a Plan B letter, and send it.

Well I filed for divorce and the motions state I want child support, alimony etc. These are just temp. motions until the D is final in the fall. These motions should go to court any day now.

I've read sample plan B letters, but they seem to convey that there is hope in the marriage. I honestly don't even know if I want a D. I'm hoping he'll wake up and see what he's done. But I've just been too hurt and have had enough with all his lies, no remorse, not even admitting he is in an A, that I felt I had to file.

What would a plan B letter sound like when you've already filed for D? I'm sure he'd laugh at it now, and say 2 minutes, too late.

I believe he's happy with OW, they are living together, and he doesn't care that we are D'ing.
