My wife and I are legally separated but we are living in the same residence I live in the apartment about the garage.... she told me tonight that she is fallen in love with her true love and she is now saying because I am upset with her that she wants me to move out monday...... I moved back in at her request we have but true love came back into the picture.

I know that if I leave I can't come back in but can she have me removed???

I am not violent I am not abusive I just dont like her anymore

I would answer by moving back into your bedroom TONIGHT. You are her husband and that is your home. Don't make it easy for her to carry on her affair. She cannot remove you from your own home.

If she wants a seperation so she can act like an alley cat in heat, she can move out herself.

both the state police and my lawyer told me that my H had just as much right to be in our house as i did

don't leave...if she wants to be "alone" (alone during an affair really means with the other person you know!)

let HER move out

it's not your job or your responsibility to make this easy on them!

in fact, Melody is right! don't give up your bed either...let her sleep on the couch or floor or out on the porch! it's her choice!

Vik,

Under no circumstances do you leave your house. If WW wants to screw OM unimpeded, she moves the h*ll out of your home. You should not lay down for her or make it easy for her to be with OM. She wants separation, she moves.

How long do you plan to wait before proceeding to Plan B, and then Plan D if necessary?

It is going to be very hard for the both of you to be living together while WW is screwing around. It is not healthy. So I ask, what are you plans?

Letting things just be will not work given your WW’s intent on being in an A and going public with it both to you and maybe to others. What do you think?

Hello Vikingruler,

I don't about US law, I'd check with a lawyer. Don't base yourself on emotions or hear say - get the facts. Don't go anywhere until you do.

But also... put your foot down. Why did she want you to move back in? For financial reasons? Emotional reasons? A bit of both? No reason can be strong enough to keep you in an unhealthy situation. I have been there and done that - and got out.

Basically, I see four options:
a) you want her back - go to plan A (but not indefinitely!!)
b) you want her back - go to plan B: move out or tell her to move out as long as she's with OM
c) you don't want her back - then tell her to move out
d) you don't want her back - move out yourself

How will you feel when she starts bringing OM "true puppy love" to her part of the house?
