made it thru the party.
they had wings and chips and salsa and beer.
I drank my water and visited.

I had a piece of cheese (legal on my plan) before I left.

I did good for lunch, too.

Tonight is our normal night to go eat 1/2 price mexican. I guess I will have a salad and not eat the chips and tortillas. That is sooo hard for me, but I can do it.

Drink water- sometimes you are really thirsty and not hungry you just don't know it (or so they say)

have a nice weekend if you don't make it back here tomorrow.

Good Morning, Losers

Gee, that sounds kind of weird doesn't it? But I mean it in the nicest way.

I am so excited. Today I weighed at the gym. I had weighed on Monday and Tuesday there. Tuesday I was down 2 an dtoday I was down 6 more. I know part of that is residual (sp?) from our weekend of eating out and not enough water.

Makes me more motivated to stay on plan exactly.

I am off to do breakfast and then to work ob a ton of photo orders. They have to get out, but it has been too hot to drive around to deliver them

Have a good day, all

Woo hoo to MF!! I went out to dinner last night, so I am NOT going to weigh myself. I did my walk when I got home.

I got so busy I forgot to eat lunch. I had a 'legal' afternoon snack.

My husband's gift from the office was 4 huge steaks. My son, who diescovered grilling in college, spent most of the afternoon preparing and cooking them. They were amazing. The hard part was skipping the potato and french bread. I had stir fried squash instead.

How did everyone else do today?

Hi Losers,

MF and FF way to go!!

Hey MF, where is your ticker??

I have been away from my computer till today. I have also been away from the scale I normally use so I will have to wait until tommorow morning to see where I am at.

I did so so over the weekend. I could of done a lot worse but I didn't do as good as I had been doing. It is so much easier during the week!!

I'll check in again tommorow and let you know where I stand.

Glad there are still some loser out there with me, i really want to reach my goal and your support is awesome.

Hey ya'll,
I can't figure out how to attach the ticker.

This morning before water aerobics, I was down 9.25 pounds!!! My skirt I wore to church yesterday had lots more room than it usually does.

Today, I carried a pair of short to the gym to wear to work afterwards. I wore them today, but today was the last time- they looked like pajamas- very roomy pajamas.

My editor was very surprised that I was smaller- I haven't seen her in over a month.

Anyway, it was a pretty good day. I did have trouble getting in enough water. I am trying to finish it up tonight.

I will be at the magazine all week with not internet <sigh> so my reports will probably be in the evening.

Have a real loser of a week, all

good morning all.

good job walking FF!!

my exercise has come to a complete halt. i have not been able to take my bike to work for over a week. i use that as my main exercise but due to various factors (weather, having to be in too early or stay too late, like last night i was at work till midnight) i've taken my car everyday.

i think there was one day that i could of that i choose not to. boy do i regret that choice now!!!

and my eating has not really been that good. i'm slipping and it needs to stop!!! and fast.

today will be easier, i'm at work, more structure. I've had a good breakfast and i have a plan for lunch.

i'll worry about tommorow tommorow. today i will eat healthy.

(good news, my jeans are still lose, i have not gained any lbs back)

Hola chicas!

Still haven't lost anything.

I weigh 2 times a week...otherwise I start obsessing.

Ah well.

Sorry about the derailment...but today is a new day!

Good morning
I stayed the same today. Yesterday was one of those non planned days- Did the best I could, but that was probably not the best.

Today, yes, is a new day.

My mom is coming- my house is a mess so I skipped water aerobics to clean, I will go to the gym tonight with DH if I can get enough work stuff done before that.

My mom really likes this one BBQ place to eat. She and the kids are going there. DH said the two of us would go get a subway.

Last night we were standing in line at Wendy's for me some chili. Told him I had lost 9.5 pounds. This lady turned around and said I wish I could do that. He said "she's really workng hard to do it, too." He said it with pride. Made me feel good

ok, off to clean and drink water, water, water, water, etc

have a blessed day, all
