I would like to know if anyone else has gone through this with a spouse and a sibling. This happened last summer right around this time-my husband and I are working hard at recovery with extensive counseling, reading several books including some of Dr Harley's and trying to understand many of the problems my husband had with past baggage and not communicating with me but instead burying & letting his feelings fester. My other deep hurt is with my sister who did nothing as a SISTER, WOMAN & FRIEND to converse with me on things that were not normal for him to do or say to her. She said she knew nothing about his feelings (she was widowed in Feb that year) and yet he never called her etc and all the other things when her husband was alive. But she says "well, you don't tell everything-meaning a person in general. Well, I beg to differ when it involves your sisters husband and me and my other 2 sisters would have said these things to her if the shoe was on the other foot-not in suspicion but just to let the sister know that something was not quite normal for him to be acting or talking about. I would like to go on & on but really hope to converse with someone who has experienced the same pain.

jackson1,
While I am in no position to give any advice, I can tell you that I am dealing with a very similiar situation. (see my signature line).
My WS had an PA with my sister's H for 2 years. There is really no way to express the pain/anger/resentment.......
I would ask that you read more in the infidelity forum, particularly General Questions II. I have been reading there for 10 months now and it has helped me.
I would suggest you place your post there also, as it receives way more traffic than this forum.
Remember to take care of yourself......

Thank you BS for a response. I appreciate your advise about the posting. I am so new and green at this that I was so grateful to at least get your response. I will try that. I am unfamiliar with the infidelity forum but will keep on trying until I get it posted there. It is good to know someone else has felt what I feel.
