there is no point, & he was right I do deserve it, he has only hit me one other time & it is no big deal, I broke the nc becasue I weas pregnant & he had a righ to know, well now huiubby knows & he is gone my stupidity, there is nothing I can do about it.. It happened hes gone the om is gone & I guess I am going to pack up & try to find somewhere to live there is no point in calling the cops I brought it on myself, & the omw is a cop so that would really do no good to call them cause she has all of them on my case anyway, it is a no win situation for me & i know I made the choice to ruin my life & my marriage, I have to live with it so be it

You do not deserve it. I hope you will THINK about this and call the police. They are required to take action. Your husband has no excuse. If you feel like you need support, contact a women's shelter and get their advocacy.

It is a no win situation as it stands..so I'm glad you have taken the first steps to turn your life in a different direction.
I think finding a place to stay is first priority followed by some counsel.
What are your options?

There are always options.
Is there a womens shelter in your area?
Do you have friends or family in decent proximity?
Do you work? If not..what does the family insurance policy cover with regard to mental health etc?
If you have no insurance go to your local womens help center in the AM and inquire.
That's a good place to start.

I would call the police and get a restraining order tomorrow. A restraining order is easy to get and costs nothing.
Then I would get some counseling to figure out why it feels okay to get beat up.
I was a battered wife for many years, and I got HELP to end the cycle for me and my boys.

PLEASE get some help from professional people who deal with domestic violence.The Police HAVE to help you...it is a domestic violence case...Don't be afraid of them...Go and see a doctor, they may be able to refer you somewhere...but PLEASE GET SOME HELP
YOur kids still need their Mom, don't lose hope...We will all stand with you here...
Can you go to your parents???? even for a few days???
You did do the right thing in telling him....he needs time as well.
