Doing the happy dance tonight!!!

Its 50 degress cooler than yesterday (at least it seems that way)

AND I was able to give my notice to leave my current job. I will start new intern site in Sept and still have 1 1/2 days of classes for next year. I have almost reached the end of the tunnel on that one way train to my new life.

I have worked so hard for the last 5 years, knowing that my X would not survive rehab, going to school and working full time, some medical problems and taking care of 4 mostly grown, but still needy children. And all that time going through the nasty divorce and dealing with soon to be X and his abuse.

I was accepted into medical program and now have my last year internship to go. Financially it is going to be so tough, quitting my job, but I have faith that God will bring me through like he has everything else. My fiance is such an emotional support, as well as my kids.

But I really want to thank God for allowing me to come so far

Smiles,
Dawn

Some of you may remember last year I had trouble with a gas station putting disiel fuel in my car (not stations fault..delivery person put whole tanker into wrong tank..everyone who got gas that morning got the wrong fuel)

ever since then I have had alot of problems with the van I received as part of the divorce. Now I had to get new transmission. double

I am happy to report, that I, single woman (engaged to be married), home owner about to finally graduate college, in a well respected medical program, mother of 4, have just bought my first brand new shiny red (I wish it was purple)car (cheapest car they make LOL.... However it is all mine )

Now I have to sell the van when I get it back from transmission shop. Next item on my first's list...sell a car.

LOL

Have a great day!!!!!
