Hello,
My husband and I have been married for about 10 months. I have discovered that he has been smoking pot when I am not around. He knows that I am against this and when I spoke with him about it, showed no inclination that he was willing to stop. He does not believe that this behavior is hurting me in any way because he doesn't do it when I'm around.
It has already [color:"blue"] [/color] hurt me. I am disappointed in him and feel betrayed that he would disregard my beliefs and feelings in such a way.
He also says that this is something he doesn't plan on doing forever. I don't know if this is something I can learn to accept. I'm very hesitant about giving him an ultimatum (stop or I leave).
Any suggestions on how to further approach this situation would be much appreciated.

A quick question for you to think about.

If he slips up, gets caught, and the police come to your house to bust him, are you willing to go to jail for possesion?

You are both on the lease or mortgage so you are both responsible for what is brought into the house.

Think about it.

Yes, that is something I have considered and am worried about. Unfortunately, I doubt this argument will have any sway with my husband.
