Oh sure...

I suggest the poll.

And I don't fit either category.

You could add WH and WW categories to this one, (unless polls can't be editted?).

It might give you an even bigger picture.

Or are you only trying to find out who comes to this board more... BH's or BW's?

I would have thought that finding out how many FWS on here are FWWs or FWH's would have added something to your findings.

I'm an FWW. Some people on here are both FWS and BS. Some are neither.

I've also found that FWW's tend to stick around MB and FWH's don't. Gross generalisation of course and just a feeling.

Ya know Jen,

you have been here a while and high posts means you have read a lot - that impression of yours could be right. I left here for a while (so missed a lot of posters) and yet have the same impression.

I think that's a pretty accurate generalization. I see many more FWW's here than FWH's. And that makes sense, because more women are interested in self help, etc.

I agree, the FWH's take a heck of a lot longer to "get it" as well and when they don't like what they're hearing they tend to disappear.

BTW, SP, I don't know about "read a lot". I think my high posts mean I never shut up. LOL

I am a BH.

I think any poll regarding this would be statistically inacurate considering the somewhat transient nature of posters here and the time they may spend here.

I can say that some people I have talked with are nowhere to be found anymore. There may be an influx of BH's for a short time which may skew the numbers. Followed by an influx of BW's.

In order to include the FWS's the question might be who had the A in your M? The H or the W.

That way if a FWW is here they can post W. However even this can cause skewed results in that if a couple is here they would both answer the same.

Now for a statistical anaylisis from newsweek.

"Just how many married women have had sex with people who are not their husbands? It's hard to say for sure, because people lie to pollsters when they talk about sex, and studies vary wildly. (Men, not surprisingly, amplify their sexual experience, while women diminish it.) Couples therapists estimate that among their clientele, the number is close to 30 to 40 percent, compared with 50 percent of men, and the gap is almost certainly closing."

... because more women are interested in self help, etc.

That may be true as a generalization, but it sure doesn't seem like that in my house.

hang on... the rollercoaster is taking a dive again.
