My H has not said 'I love you' since D-Day...2.5 months ago.

this week he has begun saying it again...when leaving vm's, before we get off the phone a couple times in person...on at least 4-6 occasions in the past week.

One of the times when i said 'I love you too' he said 'I know you do' - and there was much feeling and emotion in the way he said it.
So this is good of course, some fog is burning off god willing...BUT i don't make a big deal of it, right? Just keep on with the Plan A? I want to yell from the rooftops but that is probably not the best idea!

Right. Do not make a big deal of it, but maybe be just a tad bit sweeter during the day. Give small responses to his advances and forward steps. Calling attention to it only makes it ackward and you want it to become natural again.
