From our Sunday paper Scarlett goes green in NZ 13 August 2006 By JOSIE MCNAUGHT
Film star Scarlett Johansson enjoyed a low-key visit to Auckland last week - supermarket shopping, buying takeaways and driving around town with boyfriend Josh Hartnett in an environmentally friendly eco car.
Johansson's favourite tipple was confirmed as San Pellegrino Limonata - a carbonated lemon drink from Italy, after a fellow shopper spotted several bottles in her trolley at the checkout at central Auckland supermarket Victoria Park New World. Dressed casually in jeans and a jacket, Johansson enjoyed the help of three grocery packers, and signed an autograph for a customer.
Hartnett is in town to film 30 Days of Night which is being shot in Henderson, west Auckland. He requested the use of one of the Waitakere City Council's hybrid eco cars - a Toyota Prius.
The couple also popped into restaurant Sawadee Thai in Ponsonby Rd where they bought takeaways and posed with staff on Tuesday night.

Er, it's written in Kiwi. Takeaways = takeout. Trolley = shopping cart.
But you'd probably worked that out anyway.

Unlike 2, I ac2ually paid for and saw Scoop which I loved. And would have, even if Woody hadn't stuck poor Scarlett (limited as an actor at this point, but I can't look away!) in a swimsuit for a few seconds.
Note: if Woody had been the romantic lead, I might have gone home and enjoyed my popcorn while watching something good.
Has anyone seen "House"? I don't watch TV hardly at all except "The Simpsons" but a medical procedural with a protagonist who's a total d*ck is irresistable.

Don't watch House. Don't watch much TV at all.
GC, so when can we expect you here? We have a charming young (male) tutor (teaching assistant) this year from Indiana who has become a NZ resident he loves it so much.
You know, you would really love it here and it would be the PERFECT place for you. I just know you'd fit right in. Everything about you tells me this.
