Hi all.

I am guilty of multiple threads.

After 6 mos. of Plan A. Switched to Plan B 5 weeks ago. He stole all of our money. I had to file for D for protection.

Husband has yet to pay full child support(paid only $300 of $2100 I was able to get $1200 from a joint acct.). I have received support from extended family. I have texted and emailed him. Lawyers have contacted him. But WH is obviously trying to force me to call him to engage in confrontation that will surely begin about $$ and go somewhere else.

How have any of you moved beyond this?
I may go to sherriff's office to report 'theft' of joint acct.

Any opinions?

If he's not paying child support, you can file with CSE to have his wages garnished. What state do you live in?
