i was wondering if i had to go to court for the unpleasant divorce,can i name and supeana the other man so he is on file for the reason of the divorce? also ive exposed is a follow up exposure a good thing ,i feel it will bring it to more light or was that i was supposed to do in the first place ?thanks all

i havent got that far thank god yet. but i would not go for an uncontested divorce cause i feel he must be held accountable for something. im just tryin to learn all i can while were still holding off.i just wanted to know if anybody knew about this?

Ask your attorney about deposing the OM. This is not the same as disposing - wouldn't that be nice? <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
But to get to this you may have to file or counter file on the basis of adultery and have sufficient evidence to prove adultery - opportunity and predisposition.
If you don't go that route, and your wife ends up filing, you can probably answer the "charges" - your pleadings - including your understanding/claim of the affair and even name OM. This will get it all on the public record.
