Thank you Brownhair. Because Rob has put his back out we celebrated with Thai takeout and a bottle of cheap bubbles. My (very funny, very happily married BIL) always says that you get less time for murder. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I'm more worried about missing DD's birthday on Aug 26 because of time differences. This will interest you. They will be in Bruges for her birthday or, if they can make it in time, the champagne region of France.

Hi Jen ! The weather hasn't been that good this month here in Belgium - France would be a better bet, I'm afraid ! It's hard to imagine we actually had a heat wave all of July... Bruges would be one of the most interesting places to visit. Lots of well preserved history there. But if she likes to go out on the town, she'd have to go to Antwerp, however <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />. Yes, she said the weather had taken a turn for the worse. They've gone from 44 in Italy to back to jeans and jackets in Amsterdam.
They are looking forward to Bruges. So far the whole trip has been fantastic.

It's been pretty good today.. 21-23° C. I had dinner on my porch <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />. But tomorrow will be windy and more rainy... Let's hope it gets better by the 26th !

For newbies reading this. 3 years ago (and those who know my story know that 6 months ago it was in jeopardy again) I would have said our M had a 95% chance of failing because of my A, the fog, the withdrawal, the nastiness, the inability of me to commit to anything.
But NOW, my H and I are a very proud success story on MB.
And we are a success story BECAUSE of MB (and my wonderful H).
