I would like for anyone to suggest some good self help books on how to look at ones own actions, feelings and so on.
I have a very hard time doing this self review. I did do the owning your villagers and found it extremly helpful. I saw things in my personality that I never thought I had.

Don't know if this applies by I really liked this book:
"A Rich Man's Secret" by Ken Roberts
It's a short book about thinking in the NOW. Letting worries about the past and future go.
It's available used. We recently got another copy for a local friend for $1 plus shipping and handling.
