Anyone know if I can have a restraining order taken out on OM.
What is needed? Continued contact on his part grounds?

That would be a good question to ask the court. Where I'm at, you have to petition for one through the civil court. However, I don't think a 3rd party can petition. I look at it like nothing ventured, nothing gained. So, call and ask.

What is needed? Continued contact on his part grounds? RO: Get the requirements from your local law enforcement. It is filed with the courts but it isn't worth filing unless you have a strong case. Well at least most times it isn't. JMHO, L.
