I know this is for prayer requests, but I wanted those who prayed to be aware of the power of your prayers.
My husband seems to be coming around slowly. We're not out of the woods yet, but it's clear that God is at work in him. He has committed to stay in the marriage past the two week period we had agreed on. He has confessed that there is something wrong in his soul. He knows that his relationship with God is suffering because he's abandoned God, not because God's abandoned him. He just doesn't seem to be aware yet that he is NOT beyond redemption. I have been sending him one Devotional each day from this board and he has been reading them. Since God's Word never comes back empty, I take some comfort in that.
Please thank God for the work He's already done and continue to pray for my husband's spiritual condition. I know that our relationship can't be fully restored until he is restored in his relationship with God.

Well, apparently that was premature. He has ended it. He says it's for good. I guess fervent prayer for my sanity would be in order. God, help me.
