Oh come let's sing Ohio's praise And songs to Alma Mater raise While our hearts rebounding thrill With joy which death alone can still Summer's heat or winter's cold The seasons pass the years will roll Time and change will surely (truly) show How firm thy friendship ... OHIO! These jolly days of priceless worth By far the gladdest days on earth Soon will pass and we not know How dearly we love Ohio We should strive to keep thy name Of fair repute and spotless fame So in college halls well grow And love thee better ... OHIO! Though age may dim our mem'ry's store We'll think of happy days of yore True to friend and frank to foe As sturdy sons of Ohio If on seas of care we roll Neath blackened sky or barren shoal Thoughts of thee bid darkness go Dear Alma Mater...OHIO!
Let's go Bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's go Bucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey CN, I am a transplanted Ohioan who now lives in Houston. Yesterday was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! Not only was I at the Buckeye Bash at the Texas Basketball Arena and sitting in the Ohio State section at the game, my nephew was one of the two sousaphone players who dotted the "i" in script Ohio last night!!!! Regards, A VERY tired Brit's Brat

Yeah yeah yeah. Anybody can get lucky. Sheesh. Yankees.
And my beloved UTEP *almost* beat Texas Tech too. Oh well.

One of my friends dotted the "i" my senior year of college . . . it is still one of the best memories that he has . . . that and stomping Michigan . . .
Nothing better.

I am born and bread pure OHIO . . . I bleed Scarlet and Grey. Where's about? I grew up in Euclid (east of Cleveland). Went to college and law school up there and, then, moved down here for work....Hey, check out my threadjack on Heartsore's thread.... BB BB

I grew up in a small town just south of you.
I've since received three degrees from Ohio Universities, BS, MS, Ph.D.
I don't regret for a second that I stayed north for my education.

OMG, it seems as if you all have been DUPED...Just take a look at what CN said earlier on Heartsore's thread...Looks like CN is actually a closet Wolverine...Who knew? <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> MrW.
I knew there was I reason I always thought you rocked . . . besides your really AWESOME advice . . .now it is confirmed . . . Michigan over OSU in football..is sooo dead on. . . I'd accuse you of some sudden head trauma if you thought OSU was better than Michigan or even IU for that matter.
IU . . . they certainly rock in BB. . . (personally I loved Bobby Knight . . . he was one of the few people in Hoosier land that wasn't a wuss).
Yes, Bobby was a [censored], yes he was an a$$, he was all that . . . but . . . he was also an amazing coach and his former players still sing his praises. . . that's got to mean something.
I LOVE MR. W Comfortably Numb Cosigned. Thanks, Mr. Wondering <blushing> Mrs. W <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />

You can call me Yankee if you don't mind me calling you Rebel/Traitor/Terrorist. . . how does that grab you? Rebel I'll take. Even traitor isn't too bad; when we were all colonials fighting the English they called us much worse. Locke argued eloquently in favor of the right of rebellion. Terrorist is an extreme term with all sorts of modern connotations, and is one I object to. {quote] How bout you call me CN and I call you BB? [/quote] Fair enough CN.

Unfortunately it definitely appeared that way. The Horns couldn't pass to save their lives, and Ohio kept pressure on McCoy all game - even having replaced 9 starters on defense. Hats off to them.
