Forewarned is forearmed
If you intend to follow through with the threat why not just do it. A threat will not stop her and she'll just look for other means to make contact. Exact the consequences upon her...that is the only thing these stalking OP's seem to understand. When it hurts them they finally get the hint that it's just not worth it.

Mr W - always good advice...so just send the cell phone records to the manager...along with a letter explaining the sitch to them? problem is i dont know OW name...but i suppose it is enough to tell them what happened and when and they can put 2 and 2 together...

Why is that a problem? Just ask H for it. He's trying to make a mends? To repent? To be honest?
Of course, this is just my thinking...then expose!

Also, you will need to change all #'s that she has.
