My advice would be to find a pastor, friend, or counselor with whom you can lay it out.... someone other than your wife. I agree, don't bring it up to her, it will cause problems.

John:
I don't know why you have triggerred now after 8 years. New Information? Seeing the OM? It's Tuesday?
But I would talk to wife about it. Do you have an open and honest relationship? If not, that may prevent you from talking to her. If you can not talk to the wife about it, then talking to all the other people listed will not actually help you resolve it, because to resolve it, you need to speak to her.
This board and site can provide you with information into what she is thinking, and can help you to understand what you are thinking. Allow you to avoid DJ and AO when discussing it with her.
