Actually, I've felt probably pretty much the same AGG.
Not ready to put myself out there for all to see. It's my nature. BUT, I've enjoyed sharing photos with a few of the members that I've come to know on the board, and must say, it's been a nice experience.
I think seeing a face and putting it with the posts we read, we can see the person more in their environment and better relate to whatever it is they're going thru.

yeah, well, the do have discussion forums where members can display a small icon right next to their usernames. We can all put our pictures in there, which would kill the anonimity of course, not something that many on the other MB boards would be happy with <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />.

Karona, Good to see an update from you! Sounds like your XBF still has issues. It's hard when there's so much that's great about them, but just not enough... like what AGG, and others, have gone through. FYI, I met a guy in May, at a funeral of all places, and we dated all summer. I really though he might be "the one", but I was ignoring the obvious red flag that despite his insistence that he was done with his XGF, he was still in frequent phone contact with her... long story short, 4 weeks ago today, he called and came by to tell me he'd moved her back in! Former XBF went through a break-up on the same day and we've been spending time together, as friends - neither of us has any romantic interest in each other at this point.
Big Guy, You're MUCH too young for me as well as too far away, but you look a lot like my former XBF, current friend, though he's a few years older.
