I've been in Plan B since mid-June and I thought I was holding up pretty well until my attorney forwarded me a letter from WH's atty today. I sobbed at work upon receiving it. WH doesn't want to give me any financial support yet he's the one who wants the D so badly. WH is in a romantic A and can't see clearly yet he's disputing the settlement.

What is wrong with me? How is it that a letter from WH's atty will bring me to tears? Life has been too hard with a WH that has hurt me exponentially. Am I just too weak? I don't know why I have to experience such pain in my dwindling M. I am heartbroken and exhausted from this journey. Why is it that I want my H back? I feel like a failure.

Looking forward to a new chapter since D was finalized on 4/24/07 from WH.

Can't tell you how to stop the tears, sorry. Have you exposed at work? Have you gone all the way to the top of the ladder to the CEO?

I am so sorry you are hurting.

Sadly, there will be lots of tears. There is no way getting around them. They show that you are a loving woman.

One day, you WILL feel better. I promise you that.

To ****** with what your WAYWARD Husband WANTS. You get what you deserve and is fair. If your HUSBAND ever shows up again then you can talk to him about your M.

I agree I would hold nothing back and expose from the top floor to the janitor's office in the basement at his work place

I wrote letters to the VP and the director of Human Resources in June. I spoke to the director after the letter was received. I also exposed to WH's boss. WH filed for D two days after I exposed to his boss. Unfortunately, the exposure did nothing to break up this romantic A. Although former employees were fired for their As, WH wasn't. WH is adored by his boss and fellow co-workers. The exposure didn't phase their work relations. It seemed to drive WH closer to OW. Ridiculous.

ready,

When I got those kind of letters I would wait for a mandatory settlement conference, pull out the letter and read the demands portion aloud to myself and laugh my #ss off. Sure PO'd my ExW and her attorney.

For example my ExW wants all the monies back that I gave my widowed, sick, on social security mother. I went ballistic when I got that one but all she saw was me in stitches.

It will get worse but all it means is that you are dealing with an idiot.
