WW lawyer wants to rescend our LSA???

So I was suppose to go to court tomorrow to start nasty custody hearing to get the kids away from the WW - who is besides PA and a Narcissist, is anorexic and heading down that slippery path..... Well her lawyer filed to get our LSA rescended, now they say I have breached the LSA by not paying the mortage on our luxurious home, well i couldn't and move out (I lived in the home for 3 of the 7 months of our separation) She also says I have been Harrassing her, but its very small comments here and there, but part of the personality disorder is a hyper sensitivity to criticism.

I am just wondering if anyone ever had their WS try and rescend the LSA?

viking....in my state a LSA is a contract, an agreement of sorts..therefoe the moniker legal separation AGREEMENT. Generally speaking violation of the terms have consequences but termination of the agreement would not seem warranted. Sounds like crap to me...as far as rescinding is concerned...what is she looking to do? Move back in and be your dutiful wife??

That is what my lawyer and I can't figure out, my WW wants more money and primary over the kids but she works nights and I get them 4 nights a week, this schedule is killing them and she wants primary to turn around to tell me I ahve to wathc them, She is tired of me interferring with her FOGLAND. Oh I got the juice for court just waiting my turn
