sorry for not responding.... nothing happened, we didn't go. The court got bogged down by another case, irontically it was a case that my WW attorney was pleading.

So we sat around for 2 days waiting to get called and nothing happened.

This is actually good for me, WW is getting very tight on money and is getting a lot of flak from IL who are enabling her. So she needs me to cough up some dough... the problem is that I don't have it, I already pay her car payement, insurance, utilities, give her 500 a month and she wants more. My lawyer is hard pressed to she how they could get any argument to pass with our agreement in place as is... So right now we are back to waiting another week. Which doesn't bother me

November 30 we start our custody hearing that is what I am interested about

I think I am... I know my wife has some things that she will try and present but what I have blows her away... its all about the kids. She wants to make it all about the money
