Am reading this book on breaks at work and skipped to the history part.....
Has anyone used this and how has it been helpful to your relationships?
I know my husband wants complete honesty from me....how do I know he's giving me complete honesty. It's a trust issue of course, and I know I have to make myself completely "vulnerable" to him so HE KNOWS....I want our marriage to be better than before.

I have filled the PHQ out and I am waiting for my W to fill hers out, too. She will get mine when I get hers. She has yet to fill out the ENQ and even the recreational index. She just doesn't seem to be able to deal with the he77 she caused.

BTW, thanks for the positive feedback on my horse story. You were the only one that seemed to care.

What do you think about all the history stuff? We know alot about each other.....personal things. My father molested me as a child, his mother was/is manic depressive and was a terrible mother, did alot of crazy things to them.
How does this really help us now? I mean we are already going thru the toughest time of our lives, why drudge up terrible past experiences.??

BTW......Do you have horses???

It's 10:10pm I should be asleep. Let H know I had counseling after work and a hair appointment. Called him couldn't get thru, finally at 9:15 when she was done with my hair...I called a bar that I thought he'd be at. Yep, he was there. Said he was by himself. I thought, "That's sad." sitting at a bar by yourself.
Then, he hesitated, well......"Brian and Shannon are here." I said, "Oh, then you do have someone to talk to"

{Yeah, Brian is the one who was cheating on his girlfriend and Shannon is my sister's soon to be ex-husband.....he shoved my nephew and my sister one night and instead of going for help for his anger he decided to divorce my sister.}
So.....he's in great company.....{very sarcastically said}
He always ends up in a crummy mood after talking to them and he sounds "tipsy"
