Well, "Ok,bye" is much better than what some people get. She could have said, "Don't say that. You know I don't love you back." That's happened to others.

A kiss is good. Could you bring her flowers?

I sent flowers to her at her new job site saying how proud I was of her and that I know she'll do great. This was last Thursday. She said "they look pretty...thanks".

She may be feeling a little off balance since she is used to my normal routine which has changed completely. She may be feeling a bit of anger since I actually AM changing my behavior and NOT going into the same pattern as expected.

Have I thwarted her plans of getting rid of me by doing this?
