I started writing this thread to certain people that stuck out...then realize I'd be a regular ol' idiot if I did that (go figure)...and decided to just name the dern thing Everyone so I wouldn't leave ANYONE out.
I dunno if y'all have noticed, but my posts have seemed to be waning since September when we gained custody of L and A. It's just that I am so derned farging happy nowadays...and yanno...MB can be so sad sometimes....and hard, especially because it's not been so long for us in the grand scheme of things. This happiness is still new, after those years of sad.
Makes me appreciate it all that much more though.
I'll still peek in....I can't help it. There are lovely, amazing people here that I don't ever, EVER want to forget.
I want everyone to have a joy filled holiday season...and I hope you all end up as dern, farging happy as the Wookie and I are.
My dearest KiwiJen told me WAY BACK IN THE OLDEN DAYS that the Wookie and I were gonna make it...and gosh dernitol, the ol bat was right (said with a wink and a nudge towards my lovely Jen). Now I better go...the Wookie's waiting, I'm getting all misty, and it wouldn't do to greet my guy with runny mascara.
All my love, Kimmy
PS - Pio, please keep Todd warm.
I never had to take the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?O'hana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. My Story Recovered!

All the best.......... forever.

I think sometimes about all the pain in the world. I hope we can ease that here, even if only a little bit.

Kimmy, you just made my day. Everyone deserves happiness but you, my dear, have a heart of gold.

PS - Pio, please keep Todd warm. A thankless job but such is my plight. I'm so glad you're happy. Maybe there is hope for me. (or not)

Kimmy, You are like Miss Honey from Roald Dahl's "Matilda".
So glad to hear from you and delighted you have found such happiness. I'm sure your Xmas celebrations this year will be extra special after the uncertainty of the past couple of years.
Take care. TT
