now i wait... here are the comments i included: Hi. My name is #####. My husband is ####. We have been married just over 20 years, we have 2 children, ####### 17 and #### 12.
I have cheated on my husband at various times, including shortly before our wedding. He knows everything now. no contact occurs with anyone from the past.
I found MB in Dec 2003. with the help of people in the forumn, I confessed some in march of 2004 and confessed everything in Oct 2004.
#### has never told me to leave.
we have been trying to recover ever since but could use some help.
i can send you more details if you would like to know more before we counsel with you, that might be a good idea if you are willing to take the time to read it.
we prefer to have session when kids are at school. between 8am - 3pm CST. i wish i would of said more about how having DH hang on so tightly to us is what got me to MB.

Hi MF. funny you should mention that. I was just thinking this morning of checking in with the losers club.
I had lost a few more pounds and since then i have just held somewhat steady. sometimes i gain a few back but it goes right back off.
in other words, i still need to lose 27lbs.
after that i was going to re-evaluate and maybe decide that i need to lose even more than that.
how about you?

I actually requested today, tomorrow or Friday. I got tomorrow, so it worked out great. I wanted it ASAP!

i have gotten a response. my first choice was acceptable, next wed.
when i think about it though, i feel sick to my stomach.
first there is the fact that i will have to once again tell another person about all the horrible stuff i have done (i almost wrote "how horrible of a person i am" but knew FF would hit me if i did, and yet, i know those words are truely closer to how i see it).
i can only imagine how unpleasant that will be for DH too.
then there is the fear that anything i write or say, will be heard by my DH as new information. sending us way back.
i know the only way is to go thru it all.
i'm rocking the boat though, should i really be doing this???

before emailing back a confirmation and my credit card info, i called DH to confirm with him too. he very much thinks we can have whatever discussion we need to have on our own. or at least he thinks we should try on our own first. so he and i are going to schedule an appt with each other for sometime next week.
the idea came up that maybe the majority of our problem is due to the fact that i am not able to come to some sort of peace about everthing.
and IC would be more appropriate instead of MC
do MB counsolers do IC or just MC?
