I just replied to you on your other thread and thought you said in there that you had a very good lawyer already. What's up dude? Hang tough and quit trying to counter everything she does. It will only make your actions as crazy as hers. Plan>execute>act and try to avoid this...
Freak out>react>run. The second reaction will not lead to recovery. Get advice and follow it, or decide to go nuts attempting to fix it yourself, but pick one!

I do have a good lawyer but I want to make sure I have the best. I will follow the advice of moving into the back into the house as well after I meet with my lawyer on Monday as to what I can do legally just to make sure nothing drastic happens.

dm,

Does this mean that you have given up on trying to save your marriage? Or are you wanting to find out what you can and cannot do legally in an effort to save it? What's best for one is not necessarily what's best for the other.
