The world could use a little more respect these days! I agree 100% with that. pHB, checking in man. Hows it going???? Its going pretty good. Played RB tonight for about a hour then played BB for 2 hrs. So I am spent tonight. No contact with WW today other than a few emails. DD called 3 times but I missed them due to being on the court. I called @ 9:30 but no answer, DD was probably in bed.<--I doubt it, WW just didn't answer phone because it was after 9. Doesn't matter though because I am in a good mood and things seem to be taking shape. I guess I shouldn't say that because when I do, I end up LBing some how. My prayers are keeping me going right now and I feel closer to the Lord than I ever have. That is a good feeling you know. If I can keep my nose clean, He has plans for me and I am ready. I just feel that God is doing something special. Matter of fact, I know he is.

Good to hear your mood.
Get to bed yourself and try to rest. This stuff is a little hard.

Do all WW get this far out. HB, I haven't read all the responses yet, but I wanted to respond to this. There have been far worse than you're experiencing. One example I know of personally is a friend named Mike who was on here. He doesn't post anymore, but his WW was EXTREMELY wayward. Child protective services was involved too & they have reconciled, are recovering & are expecting a baby in a month. It can happen.

HB,
Sorry I don't get on here quite as often as I'd like. I do check on you but haven't had time to write a reply to anything that's been said lately. That dang ole job gets in the way!
One thing that kept me going through the seperation was reading from Erin Thiele in her book, How God Can & Will Restore Your Marriage that every time the situation looked extremely bleak, it was an indication that God was moving closer to reconciliation. Things got really bad b/c God was working. Satan could see that & was getting really ticked so he worked overtime to try to combat what God was doing. So everytime something looked extremely bleak, I just thanked God the more for everything He was doing to reconcile our M. Don't know if that helps you at all, but it helped me keep my perspective & faith that God was doing everything He could to reconcile our M.

Today has been OK for me. I don't know if I can have a great day yet. I have been praying without ceasing as someone mentioned on this thread a few days ago, and it has helped me a lot. I just never say Amen and whenever I am walking at work, driving or anything else when I am alone and can just talk to him. I am learning to be a powerful prayer thru this because I pray for everything not just my sitch.
DD has a sleepover tonight and she will be with me tomorrow, so I am taking this opportunity to CLEAN MY HOUSE. WOW. I have alway helped washing dishes or clothes and other general cleaning but everything from cleaning the oven to the toilet is getting cleaned tonight. Then I will fall down and watch Gridiron Gang. I will be checking in later on when I needs breaks.LOL
BTW I added my MBer friends to my prayer list. So know you are prayed for daily.

Good for you pHB. Living in the calm is good for you. Cleaning the house was my way of expending hostile energy, and our house was spotless for weeks and weeks. I cleaned closet, garage, shed, cabinets, cleaned out my dresser and chest of drawers. It helped me blow off a lot of steam that might have ended up going in a far less productive way.
Glad you had an ok day. Ok days right now are your friend. You mind and body need days like this for you to rest up for the rest of the battle.
Best wishes, SD

Does anyone here listen to Christian Music. I heard this song a few months ago when I bought the CD but it as now made the radio. It is by Casting Crowns and the name of the song is "She is Running" I dang near cry each time I hear it because it sounds exactly like my WW. If you haven't heard it let me know and I will post the words. I encourage you to listen to it.

If WW catches wind of your cleaning activities you may nonchalantly drop in that you considered you may have to get the house ready to sell.
It depends on your situation...but sometimes, there is that little nagging voice inside the WW that will be triggered by thoughts of the home being lost.
Like:
1. Memories may flash of happy times in the house
2. She may fear you are really potentially moving on which though she said she wants you too...part of her likes the back up plan. OM she is test driving and she can't give him up today...but she's NOT 100% sure.
3. That's her house...you can't sell it without her.
whatever...it's kind of a 180 but you don't deliver with any emphasis. Some have gone so far as to put a for sale by owner sign in the lawn. Anyone can put up the sign...you don't really need an intent to sell.
BTW, the rental property she is living in...can you think of any maintenance it needs. Might be a good time to send in your contractor buddy to tear down a wall or work on the plumbing. Again, to get it ready to sell and make as much noise as possible on days YOU have the kids and she is free to adulterate.

I'm all for the cleaning method. I went get something out of the fridge and ended up removing the shelves and all.
Musta removed a few pounds of dirt from the whole house. LOL
Sorry pHB, I don't listen to that music. I'm sure its good and all, but I don't want to cry anymore. Sick of it. I'm more counrty- like they don't have tear jerkers with country songs. "I lost my dog, my mama, my pickup truck. Ha ha.
SD is right (again) days like this are kinda nice to catch your breath.

If you listen to country music backwards, you get the dog, mama, and the truck back.

Same ole Same ole. Just trying to make it.
One thing that is kinda odd is I was cleaning out a closet this morning and I found my WW engagement ring. THe ring had been lost for about 2 yrs. She thought she lost it when we had went to a concert together because she had put it in her pocket because her hands was swelling. Hope that is a sign but I know I have a long way to go.
