Have you exposed the affair to people that can influence his actions? The OW's Husband as well.

Don't be too concerned about his revision of marital history. He is using your indiscretion to justify his affair - no more than that. Every minor thing gets blown out of proportion in a desperate attempt to justify the unjustifiable.

Is he getting treatment for his mental disorder? There are some that require a person get treatment for them to remain in any kind of relationship.

The OW sounds like many of them. Are you certain that her husband knows there is an affair?

Secure your finances right away. See an attorney for that. These infidels can go through a lot of money in a short period of time.
