I HAD A THREE MONTH AFFAIR 10 MONTHS AGO. CAME CLEAN, APOLOGIZED, WE WENT TO MARRIAGE COUNSELOR. THINGS WERE VERY GOOD FOR A WHILE. NOW SHE HAS SHUT DOWN AND WANTS A DIVORCE. CAN I GET HER BACK?

You have the choice to try, or to not try.
If you want to try, this is a good place to get information.
It will not be easy, and that is an understatement.
Are you willing to try, not knowing what the outcome will be?

IM WILLING TO TRY ANYTHING TO GET HER BACK. I KNOW I CAN NEVER REALLY APPRECIATE THE PAIN SHE IS GOING THROUGH, BUT THE LAST YEAR HAS BEEN HORRIBLE FOR ME ALSO AND IM WILLING TO GO THROUGH MORE PAIN TO GET HER BACK.IM AFRAID SHE IS SLIPPING AWAY THOUGH. SHE IS STARTING TO DO THINGS SHE HASNT DONE IN THE TEN YEARS IVE BEEN WITH HER LIKE GOING TO BARS, DRESSING DIFFERENTLY (SEXIER), AND ACTING AS IF I DONT MATTER TO HER ANYMORE. IT HAS MADE ME ACT OUT IN ANGER AND SADNESS AND I KNOW THAT WILL ONLY PUSH HER FARTHER AWAY. I NEED HELP CHANGING IN A GOOD WAY.

Firstly, lay off the CAPS. Secondly, post in the General Questions II forum, and there are many FWH and FBW that can give you guidance on how to save your M. My biggest piece of advice would be to not give up, don't file for divorce yourself, and drag your feet. Slowly win her back with actions.
