Ok, I finally caved in and bought one yesterday.
I set it up in the car on VAR....turned off the alarms and beeps and all...
Anyway...I retrieved it 2night after H came home and all there was, was one file recorded for a total of the amount of time he drove to work...then nothing else. All but 20 minutes!!!
When I got it back, it said the batteries were low, so I needed to change them.
I got a digital one and wonder why the batteries died soo quickly!
Once you turn on record, does it turn itself off, powerwise until there is noise to be heard??
Or does it just keep running once you press record?? Draining all the battery life??
I am wondering if H found it and deleted the rest of the time?? But, he is not acting angry, or disturbed...acting normal and loving here.
I hid it very well under the seat and tucked under a place where it could not have possibly fallen out of.
If the battery simply ran low, would it still sound an alarm even though I turned the alarms off and all?? Alerting HIM to it??
I feel like I completely wasted $40! I dont have that kind of money to throw away...
But, then again, maybe H found it and erased the rest??
What do you all think?? Any experiences with this?? Any tips??
I feel soooooooooo frustrated!!
Thank you for any responses to me.
