OK, sorry to start a new thread for this but I want to keep this separate. A little embarrassing, but here goes:
Just thinking and looking over the docs for court, I happened to string together a time line for something that seems not quite right to me:
1. WW was put on BC on 11/17. First time for this in about 5 years. She said it was to help regulate her cycle because her period started about 3 weeks early (due to stress according to her). 2. On 12/9 I found a box of pregnancy tests hidden in the bedroom - 2 of the 3 were in the box. Never found the used one, don't know when she bought them. We haven't had SF since September, but always with condoms. 3. Went back and looked at my keylogger files - WW did a search for "brown spotting" on 11/16.
OK, am I making a big deal out of nothing or could she have been prego, maybe miscarried? Wow, why didn't I catch this before now?
Thanks for any info.

Could have been prego. Brown spotting is common in early pregnancy. She could have had a miscarriage, or an abortion.
BC pills for regulating a period sounds suspicious to me. Mine was never regular, but never thought it needed to be.

I'm not a female, but here is my take. Your WW had a pregnancy scare and put herself on BC after that. OM probably doesn't like the "feel" of condoms, so she has unprotected sex with him. I guess she realized the "pull-out" method was not good enough to guarantee against pregnancy after the "scare," so she got on BC pills after she decided she was going to leave you. Many women are put on BC to regulate their period, but that usually happens when they are young. You don't just go 20 years without regulating your period and then decided it needs to be regulated more from what I understand.
I'm sorry to say it so bluntly, but that is how I would read it. Make sure you have everything documented for your lawyer.

because her period started about 3 weeks early Usually you wouldn't try to regulate a period b/c it was screwed up for ONE month. After several months, maybe. ~ Marsh

The BC pills sound suspicous to me.
Has she been complaining about irregular periods for years or only just recently? Most females start menstruating in their early teens so being irregular shouldn't be a new thing.

I have heard of Gynos prescribing BC to regulate periods.
However, when I connect all the dots above I have to ask why would she need to check for pregnancy when she's on both BC AND using condoms.
Like B responded, brown spoting could have either been due to pregnancy or even perhaps a miscarriage or abortion.

I was on BC pills for a short time when I was a teenager...and a virgin. Ever since I've been right on schedule....every 28 days w/o fail except for when I've gotten pregnant. ~ Marsh

I guess I did not want to trust my gut on this one. Shes has been pretty regular since the birth of our daughter in 2003. In the course of our being together she was always pretty regular, a few rare occurrences of being early or late by a few days, but certainly not weeks.
This is all documented for the lawyer, but we will have to later subpoena her medical records to check this chain of events.
Talk about another kick to the gut here at the last minute....
