It could be worse

Freezing rain turning to snow here today in the Motor City

Not so bad...may be our first accumulated snowfall of the season OR it will just blow over because it's to "warm" (warm defined relatively at say 36 degrees). I havn't checked the weather report...my fanny will just be warm inside watching Football anyway.

Pep, I blame Al Gore, and all the promises of Global Warming. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Mr.W - I'm a couple hours north of you, hopefully all the yucky stuff is going to miss us, but it is cold.

I grew up in the icebox of Utah - well - sort of next door to it. "Peter Sinks" has registered some of the coldest temperatures in the lower 48 - -65 degrees - before windchill. After hearing those temperatures I was always greatful for our balmy -35 degrees!

Unless your nose freezes shut when you inhale, you aren't cold yet!

The ? that made recovery possible: "Which lovebuster do I do the most that hurts the worst"?

The statement that signaled my personal recovery and the turning point in our marriage recovery: "I don't need to be married that badly!"

ah! So that's where all the global warming went! Currently it's 15 degrees (I no longer live near the ice box) with 3 more hours of daylight left. It got to 6 below last night.
