I have been checking wh internet history. I am going out of town and wanted to "clean out" stuff that I have already seen so when I get back I wont have to search. I deleted his internet history, I think I also deleted his online passwords. In the spirit of Radical Honesty, should I tell him? I am not even sure he has online passwords, but suspect that he does. He has repented for an inapropriate relationship, but I am suspecting contact is still being made. Thanks

If you think there is still contact, no, don't tell him. Radical Honesty only kicks in when you are working on the marriage, not when there is a threat to the marriage.
Could you install a keylogger?

If you want one that emails the reports to a remote email address, install e-blasters [$99] at spectorsoft.com or actmon at www.actmon.com. E-blaster will invisibly email you all emails along with all chat conversations, keystrokes, etc. Actmon is cheaper [$39] but you won't be able to see emails, other than what he types on his computer. You can download both on the internet and install on the computer. After you install, run your virus and spyware detectors to make sure it is not picked up. If the program is picked up, then program your AV or spyware to IGNORE it.

When you clear the history, it "deletes" the passwords. But this doesn't actually "delete" them. What it does is removes them from the automatic fill option. That's all. He will have to type them in IF he had the automatically saved. Most people do not choose the "automatically save my password" option on webpages, in order to avoid problems with hacking, etc., while online.
I wouldn't worry about it too much. He won't give it a second thought.

How do I know if my WH has installed one of these programs on our home computer? He doesn't like me emailing my friends and is worried about me emailing OW's sister. There was an incident a while back in which he knew who I had emailed. I thought I had erased the history and chose not to save passwords, but I had done a bcc'd email and somehow he knew who i had bcc'd. He is a computer techie that works in IT.
...and the other day when I went to look up something on the computer he had a window up that kinda looked like the old DOS type logs... I'm not a computer person, my current knowledge went out with DOS...
Is it safe to use my laptop connected to the home wireless connection?
What about copy and paste, when it asks it to be available to the clipboard and accessible...what does that mean?
Thanks!
