Ami... just checking in to see how you and your H are doing. I hope all is well and that you are both on the road to recovery.

Wow .... I'm blushing!
Thanks for checking on me.

We are doing ok ... regular counseling with SH, and my H REALLY likes him (which is funy because he REALLY hated him after his first call, when he was still entrenched with OW). Still a little up and down ... still lots of hard work, but in general, it's so, so much better than I ever thought we'd ever be during those horrible, painful, desperate times!

My H had minor out-patient surgery today, and was in a little bit of pain (although the medicine helped keep that down) and coming out of the anesthesia had him pretty groggy and foggy but also restless. I thought he'd be grumpy and rough, that's just how he's always been when he doesn't feel good. But he was actually really great. He's been being pretty considerate for quite a while now, I just was surprised to see it carry over to even when he's sick and feels cooped up!

Anyway, there have been SOOO many people who need intense help on this side that I started to feel bad about bumping my thread up over any of them, so I started one on the Recovery side.

Thanks for checking on me!

-AmI.

WH's A: 1/18/06 - ???? D-Days: 3/28, 4/14 (false recovery), 9/5 8/11 -- WH announces that he doesn't love me anymore. 9/5, confirmed A was renewed, PBL & re-exposure which gets him investigated. He refuses to move out and gets blatant with the A. 10/15, “Plan F-U”. Yuck. But it did start some talking. C w/OW continued until ....? MC with SH 11/24, WH says he loves me. Making progress. My own and with us.
