Some days I feel like all is well and we my H and I are making progress towards rebuilding our marriage after his A. Then other days like today I am so depressed I can hardly stand it. Today is one of those days.

I just feel all alone and so damn sad. My husband seems to have put his A in the past and we are going to counseling and have atually been doing well...why can't I shake this gloom? I am on an AD and I guess this helps.

I just still cant get over what has happened. His affair has just ruined me. I love him so much but am still so hurt.DD was in November..I had no idea he came to me.

I am usually stronger than this...but today I just want to vanish. Is it normal to go back and fourth with this depression?

Completely normal. You are very early in all this. I think you are doing very well. When I was at your point in all of this, I was still like a zombie.

My D-Day was Thanksgiving Day so we are pretty close. Think about your Plan A and do something for yourself today. Buy a new CD you can crank up and get a little loose to. You are doing good.

If you are going through he//, you better keep going.
