So how did you lose the previous pounds and how many total? Did you lose them on purpose or was it due to marital stress or other stresses? I couldn't find your sitch (situation details).

My infidelity diet is by no means a success story. I'm 5' 2" and normally weigh 105-110 lbs. I dropped to a dangerously low 88 lbs. I chewed and chewed my food and couldn't swallow it. Soup was the only nourishment I could really get down. AD therapy put me up to 115 lbs -- more than I have ever weighed outside of pregnancy, but still by no means a bit overweight.

Now divorced, off the ADs since August/September, I have settled back to a steady 110 lbs.

I'm 6'4". 205 on Dday. Dropped to about 190 in 10 days, down to 182 30 days in.

Bought a home gym in October. Was at 200 but waist an inch smaller and neck an inch bigger when my health issues started and I had to stop working out. Hope to get back to it soon.

Currently 196.

I dropped 50 lbs in the last 5 months. It came off quickly... couldn't eat or sleep. Now I'm been stable. Although I only have to lose 10 more and my weight will match my license.

Not the best way to do it but at least I feel like I look really good.
