I try 2, so long as I don't bank on any kind of reaction. 2 easy 2 disappoint one's self if you expect a positive response but don't get one.
So I don't expect anything. And if there's a positive response, I think.

In the scheme of things - life, his2ry, truth and honesty - those little things really don't make or break me like when all I had 2 hang on2 were the crumbs.

Right now I am working on reading a book for ME. For my spiritual growth and my happiness in God. I am thinking getting myself centered spiritually will eventually give me the answer to what path to take. In the meanwhile I plan to get my financial ducks in a row. Good! And the getting of your financial ducks in a row is a must. So many times you hear people say they stay with someone because they can't afford to leave, and that may be fine and dandy, but when you get to the point where you can no longer trust yourself or your perceptions as you have said...well there isn't enough money in all the land to make up for your sanity and your serenity. That's why I read here so much when I first came Faith, I could not trust myself, I had no idea where reality began anymore. Yes, please get your financial ducks in a row so you are not in the same place a year from now, mentally/emotionally. Guess who I saw this morning at the gas station by my work???? That big, ugly pig. I swear he started walking towards me with his arms out and his hands held upwards as in some kind of non verbal gesture of peace or welcome or something. I veered to the left and walked out the door. My cowarker said after I told him "guess who I saw" - Oh not the Rev Dan _________. And then he burst out laughing at the very thought of him calling himself a Reverand. He's dumber than a box of rocks! (no ofense 2'long) He's a big, dumb friggen ox. Oh puke, barf. Did I say I feel like I could just vomit. How could I have been with something like that? Forgiveness. I need to forgive myself more than I need forgive him. Gross! Okay, back to my 40ish year old self I have a really cute pix of me, one of my favs actually I was 38 years old It was the week between Christmas and New Years H & I were in Tahiti, taking our LAST vacation before the adoptions were to happen H had been working on a TV show (Thirty Something) ... and the show had not yet aired, so no one had heard of it yet (especially in Tahiti where 90% of the vacationers were Aussies or da'Frenchies)... but I had a crew T-shirt that had the name of the show written across "the girls" ~~~> Thirty Somethingand that shirt could have been refering to my age or "the girls" I wore that shirt snorkeling and the Club Med people took shots of me in that shirt ... and it was the very last time I looked as cute as that ! waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa but at least I have that memory (I think I weighed about 105 pounds back then) ... damn ! chit! The only thing I haven't liked lately is being one of the OLDEST CHICKS in the room...one of my colleages, in referring to ANOTHER COLLEAGUE said: "X is OLD, she's ALMOST 40"..I called her on this, telling her my age and she said: "Wow, you don't LOOK THAT OLD"..I'm not sure if I should take that as a compliment or not... <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

To save money and allow for the whole dang family to have a little vacation, he ended up spending the entire honeymoon with his new in-laws and his family. He said it was the honeymoon from ******! Can you imagine?
