Today is a brand new day with a new sunrise. For many it's waking up to a reality of understandable sadness, pain, turmoil, confusioning anguish of uncertainity.
Bad things happen do happen to good people. You may encounter empathetic failure but there is still goodness, and enrichment to be found.
It's Okay to take a commerial break and do something nice
for ourselves or/others. Energy levels pending.
Like re-locating one's personal little flashlite, and going on a mini micro comfort-treasure hunt of RESPECTFUL SELF CARE.
Just because someone has a warped blueprint/map of life, doesn't mean is real, or accurate, or one has to share it. Locate, or re- discover your own wonderful blueprint.
It could start with turning on the radio and having a great warm shower/ bath and singing a silly song to oneself.
Or grabbing washable kids makers and writing anything you want on the bathroom walls. It could be a release of nasty things or silly things or I am important. Positive good things about your seceret self.
Writing your kids names on the bath walls telling them they are loved and virtures about them you like best.
It's Okay coz it's washable. H20/Soap never take things personal, it's all washed away. Remember to use those nice bath/grooming care stuff. A good self rub hug down is awesome.
Picking out something special for breakfast and setting the table or going out for breakfast with self? Great coffee is a must or tea. Remembering to read the funnies page in the paper or the GOOD BOOK and let it tell you what to do.
Getting dressed in something special or comforting.
Of course making the bed. Making a to do list. The housework can be combatted or a day to say the heck with chores, escape somewhere.
Or going out for a walk, or watching& trying a TV workout.
Pump it up...
Making sure the lunches are packed and the kids are all super hugged and kissed before they leave the door. Extra super hold mushy huggs and kisses warrant the occasion.
