BTW, the water was GREAT! I needed that, a good chance to relax before calling OW's parents, HEH! My son loves water. I was thinking he may like swimming as a sport. We'll see...
I came in to the now HOT house (it's about 60 degrees today, so when you get out of the hot tub, you are pretty HOT tot tot). I proceeded to make french toast for dinner, at my son's request. Who am I kiddin', I love breadfast for dinner! Things settled a bit, and then I cut DS's hair. He's so BEEEEEautiful!
So, my Saturday has been thus...did some laundry, cleaned a bit, had some lunch, hung out, watched some crappy TV, DS called his dad twice to shoot the poo, had a three round pillow fight, got in hot tub, played some Star Wars, played with the lights, came in, had some french toast, cut some hairs, and now DS is watching a Star Wars Cartoon movie. Whew, that was fun.
Tomorrow, I'm thinking of going out for lunch, and then going to a nearby park to feed the ducks and the MEAN geese (my DS is afraid of them, cause they're always mean).

hey! do NOT talk about hot tubs!
mine sprang a leak today....a pipe fitting that i just had replaced a little over a year ago broke again
and i just came across the reciept last week when i was cleaning off the table and threw it away!!! that always happens!
i had to make sure i got all of the water out of the tub and the lines in case we get another freeze
and .......i cleaned up two bages of puppy poop from the yard from the winter...it must have weighed 20 pounds!
a leak and pounds of poop does NOT make a party!
ps my H and i used to go to a place with geese. i would try to feed them and end up standing on the picnic table screaming for help....my H always ended up laughing and saying told ya so!
too bad one never bit him in the hiney!

My son (when he was 4) got attacked and knocked down by one of those mean geese. We were minding our own business feeding the ducks, and this goose just charged him.
Same son that got attacked by a rooster, and a hive of bees, stung by a sting-ray, etc. And he is an animal lover.
Saturday television is pretty awful. Does anybody really watch the infomercials?

eav, sorry about the hot tub. Bummer.
Believer, your son sounds like a magnet for drama. Whoa!
Saturday TV does suck, but I'm a glutton for punishment, so I watched the show INTERVENTION this afternoon. It can be depressing, but I like to see whether the people make it or not....as dealing with addiction (someone else) is very close to my life right now.

My son is now 22, and still loves animals. I don't know what it was about him, but he had constant problems with animals attacking him.
If your son loves the water, I hope you will teach him to swim this summer. Both of my boys swim in the ocean and surf. I taught my oldest when he was only 6 months old, and the youngest when he was 3. Swimming is such good exercise, and they learn easily when they are young.

Hi silentlucidity- saw The Departed last weekend- awesome movie- (if you don't mind the gangsta language- but it's easily over-looked when you can drool over Matt Damen and Leo DiCaprio the whole time. It really was a great movie.

You've probably been through this a million times, but I'm curious how plan B is going with your 4-yr-old? My DD is almost 4 and ADORES her daddy. I am putting on an act for her and we're still living together, but just don't know how long I can do it. My biggest hesitation is my 4-yr old. I think my 1-yr old would adjust better. Sorry to get back to WH's, but it's actually the kids I want to hear about.

The Prestige with Hugh Jackman AND Christian Bale! There's another good one.

Fighting:
What can Brown Do for YOU?
I can't reveal all, but someone (OP?) just had a large empty box delivered to the door, tells me to return Tuesday to pick it up. Make sure I bring my Hand Truck...
I wonder what the delivery charge is on one broken WS?

I already did the 'deliver the dirty laundry bag on the front porch scenario'. Didn't use UPS. Delivered it myself. Then the OW thought she'd be cute and accuse me of sending it over with 'brown stuff'. LOL!!! I didn't. They were dirty from being worn but not stained. OW claimed her H found the bag of dirty laundry hanging on her front door. LOL!! Yep, I put it there but her H didn't find it, she did. LOL!!! BINGO!!
When confronted with that stupid accusation, I was shopping in Costco and had to stop shopping to have a hilarious laughing spell. I even asked the WS (the only one brave enough to call me).....if what the OW found was animal or human. See OW had 2 german shephards who are highly capable of dropping big ones. LOL!!! Then I pushed it further and asked if it was dry or wet. re: I had that laundry in a bag for about 6 days. Had to wait for a weekend to deliver it. It wasn't wet and no poop was in the bag when delivered. LOL!!!
Anyway....it turned out OW couldn't push my buttons but I pushed her's and the WS got his laundry washed by the OW. LOL!!! Btw, that didn't bring them closer. LOL!!!
That's my delivery story.

I know Mimi will roll her eyes and tell me I'm not a very SUCCULENT woman, but I'm thinking about finishing the tile work in my bathroom next week. Then I could repaint it, which I consider the fun part.
I just finished baking my cupcakes and they are cooling as we speak. I'm really making them because my preggers girlfriend is in her last trimester and is craving very specific things right now. She requested WHITE cake cupcakes with WHITE icing and multicolor sprinkles. Funny thing is she NORMALLY prefers salty to sweet. She had a craving for hot dogs the other day, what a nut-job!
She has been one of my best supporters during all of this. She began working with me right about the time of my WH's first affair, and she was opened to talking about it. Since then, I have been able to confide a lot in her. She and her now H (then boyfriend) went through a time when he cheated on her--during their LTR. They have since gotten married and are VERY proactive and aware in their M. It's refreshing.

Good for you. Helping out your friend is good for both of you.
Enjoy the cupcakes.
My pregger craving was shredded beef burritos and yogurt fruit shakes. Then pickled mangos (Hawaiian style). Wonder how those cravings affects the baby's tastes later?

I craved the worst things...A Whopper from Burger King was my worst. I began craving Coke Slurpees in my second trimester. I loved RC cola on crushed ice (I don't really drink soda very often). I also craved this Marie's Dressing, Bleu Cheese Vinagrette ALONE, straight out of the jar. Wacky. TONS of Ketchup---the only one that STUCK after my sons birth. I love to drown my burgers and fries in ketchup.

I can relate. I had HORRIBLE cravings during my two pregnancies. Usually I'm not a craver. But I just HAD to have canned sliced peaches, and also vanilla wafers.
