I_S,

Haven't heard from you in a while. Just wondering how things are going. Is all well at the I_S household?

How's the house flip coming along?

Drop us a line, will ya?

Hey Mark!

Sorry to drop off the face of the earth for a few weeks. We're down to the finishing touches on the house flip, so I've been a busy little sander, painter, tile layer, etc. recently. Also, my youngest turned 2 last week, so between partying with the kids and being up to my eyeballs in Easter eggs I haven't had a lot of down time...

On a more personal note, it hasn't been the greatest month as far as recovery goes. Things are turning around though. I found an email from ow. It was from last year prior to d-day, but it still brought back all those same feelings... You know the ones, heart beating a million times a minute, lump the size of an apple in your throat, can't breath, feel like you're going to faint... Anyway, I'm trying to focus on the good things <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for asking about me. I'll try not to hide out for so long next time!

I_S,

I've had a few episodes of anxiety myself over the last few days. I KNOW how those reactions feel. I'd add to your list "You feel like you will throw up..." then it seems like it's pretty complete.

I had a one year anniversary of sorts this weekend and it was compounded by something that took place earlier in the week and made miserable by something this morning.

This too shall pass <SIGH>...

I just wondered how things were going, since I have been around long enough to have witnessed people vanishing for a couple weeks only to have them show up with a new bunch of problems and hurts to deal with. I guess I'm just a worrier at heart.

Hey Mark,

Will it really pass? <sigh> Easter is a major trigger time for me and it's still difficult for more than one reason. Hope things improve for you soon, too. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

The good news is I haven't locked myself out of my computer once in the last 2 days! <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> KNOCK ON WOOD! Ironic, isn't it, how I've been registered with MB for 3 months this upcoming Saturday and no one has called out for me except for you.....on the day I've locked myself out and needed all the IT techs in in faraway places to help me get back on line! Hope this passes, too.

Good to see you're back, I.S. and I hope all's well on the family, house-flipping, and recovery fronts, too. I called out for you and MAZ to check in on the NAME thread Mark started (for me) the first day I locked myself out.

Ace
