Have you read the basic concepts and articles on this website written by Dr. Harley? I would start with those to give you a better understanding.

Thanks but I bought Surviving An Affair and have read most of it, but the post or FAQ of dealing with cheating spouses here showed how to catch them, confront them, what not to do, what to do, etc...

Hi Mike,

The basic concepts are the same, plan A/plan B.. can look that up in the articles/bsic concepts also.

I would encourage you to post your situation on this forum, lots of pros here can advise you on what to do. Although the basic concepts are standard, everyone's situation is unique and some of the pros here can help you with a plan tailored for you based on the Marriage Builders principles.
