Tim - I know you are waiting for some responses, so let me tell you that your post is all but impossible to read. Huge solid blocks of text are very difficult to wade through and many folks skip right over posts like this.
If you will take a few minutes to break it up into paragraphs, you will get more people to read it and therefore more people who can respond.
You do not need a poll. Few people here will respond to polls because these situations cannot be answered with simple "yes" or "no" responses. And by the way, your first two questions in the poll are the exact opposite of MB advice.
Please re-edit your post and remove the poll, and we will see if we can help you.

From reading your thread over on Just Found Out, it seems that your WW is remoreful and truly sorry. Would she agree to a No Contact (NC) letter that both of you can draft, and then be sent by tou?
