I hate to say this, but I believe based on your description that your wife is still wayward...Perhaps even with the guy that you met...I KNOW that sounds NUTS, but WSs ARE NUTS...
I really think that you should be snooping, snooping, snooping right now...Keylogger, checking phone records and most importantly a voice activated digital recorder in her car...INSPECT WHAT YOU EXPECT...
PLEASE don't tell her about MB right now...This is YOUR safe place where you may need to formulate a battle plan...DO NOT BRING HER HERE...
