Yes, I agree noodle. I will obsess about this problem until it is resolved. I told Messdup that, yes, my mood was dark, but MB made it better than it would have been!!
MU- Thanks for posting today <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I think the "MB break" was good for us, for a month, but it is not a good long-term strategy. We need to talk about it in order to recover. Avoiding the conversation is just prolonging the process.
You don't like to talk about the same things over and over. So- how 'bout you bring up some new topics? OK? Head me off, distract me with a novel idea. Watcha think?

FWH feels that my time spent here on MB is "fueling the fire." It certainly "can." Hmmm ... on the one hand, I think, maybe he's right. Geez, the time I spend reading, posting. Maybe it does affect my psyche more than I think. Every time I read a newcomer with their story, it seems I live mine all over again. And this is precisely why I have recommended for years that anyone who is "new to" or in the "early stages" of Recovery that they should restrict their posting to the Recovery Forum and NOT read posts on other forums, especially the JFO forum, where emotions can be raw and intense. Too much potential for triggering "identification" with them that leads to "dwelling" on the forgiven sin. God bless.

eww, FH. Ouch. So I guess I should stick to the recovery board. Uggh. The temptation sometimes is so great, and sometimes I think I can help others. Maybe it's too soon. And you do know what I'm going through, the dwelling on the forgiven sin thing. eeks.
But I think Noodle has a valid point. We obsess. So it just depends on where and how. I have told FWH that I would be obsessing, anyway. Just a fact.

Anyway ~ just last week, talking about affairs and such from the board, I accidently mentioned that she was in Plan A -- he goes - what plan ??? yikes, oh great ... I am thinking... so I countered with * oh Plan A is Plan A**hole... the betrayed just starts to act like a real jerk, like they are acting !!!! * He bought it and I quickly changed the subject.... too funny... completely changed Plan A ... I hope y'all understood what I meant by this... I certainly was not referring to Plan A as Plan A**hole....but once I openned my big mouth - I had to think of something to say as I did not want to tell him about the REAL Plans, the Plans that do work... Reading my post, as if I was not there for the actual conversation --- um.. guess it doesn't look all that funny after all -- sorry if I was not clear.... or if someone took me as being disrespectful.... not my intentions
